2. 取得する情報Information we collect

ウェブサイト（pococo.ai）について。当社のウェブサイトは、アカウント機能、お問い合わせフォーム、および広告を設置していません。当社が独自に取得・保存する情報はありません。ウェブサイトの配信基盤には、通信に伴い IP アドレス等の技術情報が送信されます（第4項・外部送信についてをご覧ください）。

アプリ・ゲームについて。各アプリのリリース以降、当社は次の情報を取得します。

• アカウント情報：メールアドレス、ユーザー名、認証情報等（アカウントを作成する場合）。
• 利用・ゲームプレイ情報：プレイ状況、購入履歴、設定、お問い合わせ内容等。
• 端末・ログ情報：端末の種類・OS、IPアドレス、識別子、クラッシュ情報等。
• 広告識別子：広告配信・測定のための広告ID（AAID／IDFA）。

The website (pococo.ai). Our website has no accounts, no contact form, and no advertising, and we collect and store nothing ourselves. Technical information such as your IP address reaches the provider that serves the site (see §4 and External transmission). Apps and games. From each app's release we collect: account information (email, username, credentials) where you create an account; usage and gameplay data (progress, purchase history, settings, inquiries); device and log data (device/OS, IP address, identifiers, crash data); and the advertising identifier (AAID/IDFA) for ad delivery and measurement.

3. 利用目的Purposes of use

当社は、取得した情報を次の目的に限り利用します（法第21条）。

• 本サービス（アプリ・ゲーム・ウェブサービス）の提供、維持、および不具合対応のため。
• アカウントの認証・管理、および購入処理のため。
• お問い合わせ・サポートへの対応のため。
• 本サービスの利用状況の分析および品質・機能の改善のため。
• 広告の配信および効果測定のため（広告ID等を用いた広告配信を含みます。行動ターゲティング広告の詳細は第6項をご覧ください）。
• 利用規約に違反する行為の防止、および法令の遵守のため。

We use the information only for the following purposes (Act art. 21): providing, maintaining, and debugging the Services; authenticating and managing accounts and processing purchases; responding to inquiries; analyzing usage to improve quality and features; delivering and measuring advertising (including ad-ID-based delivery; see §6 for targeted advertising); and preventing violations of our terms and complying with law.

4. 第三者への提供・委託Sharing & processors

当社は、法令に基づく場合等を除き、あらかじめご本人の同意を得ずに個人データを第三者に提供しません。本サービスの運営のため、次の外部サービスを利用し、必要な範囲で情報の取扱いを委託し、または情報が送信されます。これらの第三者は、当社と同等以上の水準で利用者データを保護するものとします。

ウェブサイトについて。

• Cloudflare, Inc.：ウェブサイトのホスティングおよび配信。通信に伴い IP アドレス・ブラウザ情報等が送信されます。

アプリ・ゲームについて。

• Google LLC：Google AdMob（広告配信・測定）、Firebase／Google Cloud Platform（アプリ基盤・分析・クラッシュ解析）。

各アプリで利用する分析・広告・基盤 SDK は、当該アプリのリリース時に本項および外部送信についてへ追記します。

We do not share personal data with third parties without prior consent except as permitted by law. To operate the Services we use, and transmit information to, the following, which are required to protect user data at or above our own standard. For the website: Cloudflare, Inc. (hosting and delivery), which receives your IP address and browser information as part of the request. For apps and games: Google LLC — Google AdMob (ad delivery and measurement) and Firebase / Google Cloud Platform (app infrastructure, analytics, crash reporting). The analytics, advertising, and infrastructure SDKs used by each app are added to this section and to External transmission when that app is released.

5. 外国にある第三者への提供／外的環境Overseas transfer & external environment

本サービスは、国外に所在する事業者が提供するクラウド等を利用するため、個人データが国外で取り扱われる場合があります。該当する外国およびその個人情報保護制度に関する情報は次のとおりです（法第32条第1項第4号、施行令第10条第1号）。

• ウェブサイトのホスティングおよび DNS：Cloudflare, Inc.（設立国：アメリカ合衆国）。配信は世界各地のエッジサーバを経由するため、個人データが所在するサーバの国を特定することができません。同社の配信網が利用者に最も近い拠点を動的に選択する仕組みであるためです。参考として、同社が配信拠点を置く国・地域は、同社の公表資料により確認できます。
• アプリのデータ保存先：Google Cloud／Firebase（提供事業者：Google LLC、設立国：アメリカ合衆国）。サーバの所在国：日本（東京リージョン asia-northeast1）。各アプリのリリース時に本項の記載を再確認します。

外国にある第三者への個人データの提供にあたりご本人の同意が必要となる場合には、当該提供に先立ち同意を取得します。

アメリカ合衆国の個人情報の保護に関する制度の概要

• 個人情報の保護に関する包括的な連邦法令は存在しません。個別の分野に適用される法令として、電子通信プライバシー法（Electronic Communications Privacy Act of 1986）、グラム・リーチ・ブライリー法（Gramm-Leach-Bliley Act）、医療保険の携行性と責任に関する法律（HIPAA）等があります。
• EU の十分性認定：なし。APEC の CBPR システム：2012年7月25日参加。
• 個人情報の域内保存義務に係る制度であって本人の権利利益に重大な影響を及ぼす可能性のあるもの：なし。事業者に対し政府の情報収集活動への協力義務を課す制度であって同様の影響を及ぼす可能性のあるもの：なし。
• サーバの所在地により、カリフォルニア州消費者プライバシー法（CCPA）等、各州の法令が適用される場合があります。

当社は、上記の制度を把握したうえで、第7項に定める安全管理措置を実施しています。ウェブサイトについて、当社が独自に取得・保存する個人データはありません。クラウドサービスは、提供事業者が個人データを取り扱わないこととなっている条件で利用しており、あわせて第7項に定めるアクセス制御その他の措置を実施しています。

The Services use clouds operated abroad, so personal data may be handled overseas. The countries concerned, and their personal-information protection regimes, are set out below (Act art. 32(1)(iv); Enforcement Order art. 10(i)). Website hosting and DNS: Cloudflare, Inc. (country of incorporation: United States). Delivery passes through edge servers worldwide, so the country of the server holding personal data cannot be identified, because the network selects the point of presence nearest the user dynamically; the countries and regions where it operates points of presence can be seen in that company's published material. App data storage: Google Cloud / Firebase (provider: Google LLC, country of incorporation: United States); server country: Japan (Tokyo region, asia-northeast1), reconfirmed in this section at each app's release. Where consent is required for a transfer to a third party abroad, we obtain it beforehand.

Overview of the personal-data protection regime in the United States. There is no comprehensive federal law. Sector-specific laws apply, including the Electronic Communications Privacy Act of 1986, the Gramm-Leach-Bliley Act, and HIPAA. EU adequacy: none. APEC CBPR: joined 25 July 2012. There is no data-localization requirement, and no obligation on businesses to cooperate with government information gathering, that could materially affect your rights. Depending on server location, state laws such as the California Consumer Privacy Act may also apply.

Measures taken having reviewed that regime. We apply the safeguards in §7. For the website we collect and store no personal data of our own. We use the cloud services on the basis that the provider does not handle the personal data, together with the access controls and other measures set out in §7.

6. 広告についてAdvertising

当社のウェブサイトには広告を掲載していません。アプリ・ゲームでは、Google AdMob を利用して広告を配信することがあります。広告配信のために広告識別子（AAID／IDFA）等が利用されます。利用者は、端末の設定から広告のパーソナライズをオフにし、または広告 ID をリセットすることができます。iOS では、アプリのトラッキング許可（ATT）を通じてトラッキングの可否を選択できます。Google による広告データの利用については、Google 自身のポリシーに定めるところによります。

Our website carries no advertising. In our apps and games we may serve ads via Google AdMob, which uses the advertising identifier (AAID/IDFA). You can turn off ad personalization or reset your advertising ID in your device settings; on iOS you control tracking via the App Tracking Transparency prompt. Google's use of advertising data is described in Google's own policies.

7. 安全管理措置Security measures

当社は、取り扱う個人データの漏えい・滅失・毀損の防止その他の安全管理のため、次の措置を講じます。

• 組織的：個人データの取扱責任者を定め、取扱い状況を確認できる体制を整備します。
• 人的：個人データを取り扱う者に対し、取扱いに関する注意事項を周知します。
• 物理的：機器・電子媒体等の管理、および不正アクセスの防止措置を講じます。
• 技術的：アクセス制御、通信の暗号化（TLS）、認証情報の適切な管理を行います。
• 外的環境の把握：個人データを保管する国の制度を把握したうえで安全管理措置を実施します（第5項参照）。

We appoint a person responsible for the handling of personal data and maintain a means of reviewing how it is handled. We brief everyone who handles personal data on the requirements. We implement organizational, personnel, physical, and technical safeguards (access control, encryption in transit via TLS, credential management), and take account of the legal regime of the countries where data is stored (§5).

8. 開示・訂正・利用停止等のご請求Your rights

ご本人は、当社が保有する個人データについて、利用目的の通知、開示、訂正・追加・削除、利用停止・消去、第三者提供の停止を請求することができます（法第33条〜第35条）。ご請求は privacy@pococo.ai までお申し出ください。所定の方法により本人確認のうえ、遅滞なく対応します。手数料は原則として無料です。

アカウントおよび関連データの削除については、アカウント削除の手続もご利用いただけます。

You may request notification of purpose, disclosure, correction, addition, deletion, suspension of use/erasure, and suspension of third-party provision of your retained personal data (Act arts. 33-35). Contact privacy@pococo.ai; after identity verification we respond without delay, generally free of charge. To delete your account and associated data, see Account deletion.

9. 保有期間と削除Retention & deletion

当社は、利用目的の達成に必要な期間に限り個人データを保有し、不要となった個人データは遅滞なく消去します。アカウントの削除をご請求いただいた場合、当社は、当該アカウントおよび関連データ（メールアドレス、ユーザー名、認証情報、利用・ゲームプレイ情報、端末・ログ情報、および広告識別子との紐づけを含みます）を 30 日以内に消去します。

なお、当社は、会社法第615条第2項ならびに法人税法および消費税法の定めにより、会計帳簿および取引に関する書類を最長 10 年間保存します。これらの記録は、App Store および Google Play が発行する取引番号等により取引を特定するものであり、お客様の氏名・メールアドレス・住所を含みません。したがって、アカウントの削除によって保存が妨げられることはなく、また、これらの記録から個人を特定することもできません。

同意に基づく取扱いについては、いつでも同意を撤回することができます。撤回およびデータ削除の方法は前項およびアカウント削除のとおりです。

We retain personal data only for as long as needed to fulfill the purposes above, and delete it without delay when no longer needed. When you request account deletion we erase the account and its associated data — your email address, username, credentials, usage and gameplay data, device and log data, and any link to an advertising identifier — within 30 days. Separately, the Companies Act (Art. 615(2)) and tax law require us to keep accounting books and transaction documents for up to 10 years. Those records identify a transaction by the reference number issued by the App Store or Google Play; they contain no name, email address, or postal address, so deleting your account neither affects them nor leaves you identifiable in them. Where processing is based on consent, you may withdraw consent at any time; to withdraw consent or request deletion, see §8 and Account deletion.

10. 未成年者の個人情報Minors

未成年者が本サービスを利用する場合は、保護者の同意を得たうえでご利用ください。当社は、未成年者の個人情報の取扱いについて特に配慮します。購入等の契約に関する未成年者の権利については利用規約をご覧ください。

Minors should use the Services only with the consent of a parent or guardian; we take particular care with minors' personal information. For minors' rights regarding purchases, see the Terms of Use.

11. お問い合わせ・苦情の申出先Contact & complaints

本ポリシーおよび個人情報の取扱いに関するお問い合わせ・苦情は、privacy@pococo.ai までお申し出ください。個人情報保護委員会その他の権限を有する機関へ相談することも可能です。

12. 本ポリシーの改定Changes

当社は、法令の変更やサービスの変更に応じて本ポリシーを改定することがあります。重要な変更を行う場合には、本サービス上でお知らせします。

We may update this policy in response to changes in law or the Services, and will announce material changes within the Services.
