対象

本ページは、ｐｏｃｏｃｏ合同会社が提供するアプリおよびサービスにおいて作成されたアカウントを対象とします。個別のタイトルは、公開時に本ページへ追記します。

削除の方法

アプリ内の「設定 → アカウント → アカウント削除」から削除できます。アプリを削除済みの場合は、アカウントに登録のメールアドレスから deleteme@pococo.ai 宛に、件名「アカウント削除希望」とゲーム名を記載してお申し出ください。アプリを再インストールしていただく必要はありません。

削除されるデータ

本人確認のうえ、当該アカウントおよび関連データ（メールアドレス、ユーザー名、認証情報、利用・ゲームプレイ情報、端末・ログ情報、および広告識別子との紐づけを含みます）を 30 日以内に消去します。アカウントに紐づくユーザー生成コンテンツも削除の対象です。

削除は取り消すことができません。お客様が誤ってアカウントを削除した場合であっても、アカウントの復旧はできません。アカウントの停止または一時的な無効化は、削除とは異なります。

法令上保存が必要な記録

当社は、会社法第615条第2項ならびに法人税法および消費税法の定めにより、会計帳簿および取引に関する書類を最長 10 年間保存します。これらの記録は、App Store および Google Play が発行する取引番号等により取引を特定するものであり、お客様の氏名・メールアドレス・住所を含みません。したがって、アカウントの削除によって保存が妨げられることはなく、また、これらの記録から個人を特定することもできません。

本サービスで販売するデジタルコンテンツおよびアプリ内アイテムは、その性質上、購入手続の完了後の返品・返金・キャンセルには応じられません。詳細は特定商取引法に基づく表記をご覧ください。個人情報の取扱い全般についてはプライバシーポリシーに定めるところによります。

How to delete your account削除の方法

In the app (fastest): open Settings → Account → Delete account, and follow the prompts. Deleting in-app removes your account and associated data directly.

By web request (if you've uninstalled): email deleteme@pococo.ai from the address on your account. Use the subject “Account deletion request” and include the game name. You don't need to reinstall the app. We verify the request and erase the account and its associated data within 30 days.

What is deleted削除されるデータ

Once we have verified the request, we erase the account and its associated data within 30 days. That covers your email address, your username, your credentials, your usage and gameplay information, your device and log information, and the link between the account and any advertising identifier. User-generated content tied to the account is deleted with it.

Deletion cannot be undone. We cannot restore an account that was deleted by mistake. Suspending or deactivating an account is not the same as deleting it.

Article 615(2) of the Companies Act, together with the Corporation Tax Act and the Consumption Tax Act, requires us to keep accounting and settlement records for up to 10 years. Those records identify a transaction by the reference number the App Store or Google Play issued for it. They carry no name, email address, or postal address, so nothing in them survives as a record of you.
