利用規約 · Terms of Use # 利用規約 Terms of Use 最終改定 / Last updated: 2026-08-22 本利用規約（以下「本規約」）は、ｐｏｃｏｃｏ合同会社（以下「当社」）が提供するアプリケーション・ゲーム・ウェブサービス（以下「本サービス」）の利用条件を定めるものです。本規約は、民法第548条の2に定める定型約款に該当します。**本規約は英語を正文とし、日本語訳との間に相違がある場合は英語版が優先します。** These Terms govern use of the apps, games, and web services (“the Services”) provided by pococo GK. They constitute standard terms ( 定型約款 ) under Article 548-2 of the Civil Code. Where the English and Japanese texts differ, the English text governs. ## 1. 適用 Application 利用者は、本サービスを利用することにより、本規約に同意したものとみなされます。当社は、本サービス内の所定の画面において、購入等の契約に先立ち本規約を表示します。 By using the Services you agree to these Terms. We present these Terms within the Services before you enter into a purchase or similar contract. ## 2. アカウント Accounts 本サービスの一部の機能はアカウントの作成を必要とします。利用者は、登録情報を正確に保ち、認証情報を自ら管理する責任を負います。アカウントおよび関連データの削除については、[アカウント削除の手続](https://pococo.ai/account-deletion/)をご覧ください。 Some features require an account. To delete your account, see [Account deletion](https://pococo.ai/account-deletion/). ## 3. アプリ内購入・仮想通貨 Purchases & virtual currency - アプリ内購入は、App Store または Google Play を通じて行われ、各プラットフォームの決済条件が適用されます。当社は、前払式のゲーム内通貨（ウォレット）を発行せず、各アイテムを個別に販売します。 - 購入したアプリ内アイテムは、その性質上、**購入後の返金・キャンセルには応じられません**（[特定商取引法に基づく表記](https://pococo.ai/commercial-transactions/)参照）。 - アプリ内アイテムは、**購入した当該ゲームタイトル内でのみ利用でき**、**利用者間で譲渡・移転することはできません**。 In-app purchases are made through the App Store or Google Play under those platforms' payment terms. We do not issue prepaid in-game currency (a wallet); items are sold individually. Purchased in-app items are **non-refundable**, usable **only within the game title for which they were purchased**, and **non-transferable between users**. ## 4. 未成年者の利用 Minors 未成年者が本サービスを利用し、または課金を行う場合は、あらかじめ親権者その他の法定代理人の同意を得るものとします。当社は、購入手続において年齢確認を行う場合があります。法定代理人の同意を得ずに行われた未成年者の契約は、民法の定めにより取り消される場合があります。 Minors must obtain the prior consent of a parent or legal guardian before using the Services or making purchases. We may verify age at purchase. A minor's contract made without such consent may be voidable under the Civil Code. ## 5. 禁止事項 Prohibited conduct 利用者は、法令または本規約に違反する行為、不正アクセス、リバースエンジニアリング、他の利用者や第三者の権利を侵害する行為、本サービスの運営を妨げる行為を行ってはなりません。 You must not break the law or these Terms, gain unauthorized access, reverse-engineer the Services, infringe others' rights, or interfere with operation of the Services. ## 6. 免責・サービスの変更 Disclaimers & changes 当社は、本サービスを合理的な範囲で提供しますが、その完全性・正確性・特定目的への適合性を保証するものではありません。当社は、本サービスの内容を変更し、または提供を終了することがあります。当社の責任は、法令で認められる範囲に限定されます。 We provide the Services within a reasonable scope, and we do not warrant completeness, accuracy, or fitness for a particular purpose. We may change or discontinue the Services. Our liability is limited to the extent permitted by law. ## 7. 本規約の変更 Changes to these Terms 当社は、民法第548条の4の定めに従い、本規約を変更することがあります。変更する場合は、変更後の内容および効力発生時期を本サービス上で周知します。 We may amend these Terms in accordance with Article 548-4 of the Civil Code, announcing the amended terms and their effective date within the Services. ## 8. 準拠法・お問い合わせ Governing law & contact 本規約の規定が本サービスに関するお客様と当社との間の契約に適用される消費者契約法その他の法令に反するとされる場合、当該規定は、その限りにおいて、お客様との契約には適用されないものとします。ただし、この場合でも、本規約の他の規定の効力に影響しません。 Where a provision of these Terms is held to conflict with the Consumer Contract Act or any other law applying to the contract between you and us, that provision does not apply to your contract to that extent. The remaining provisions are unaffected. **本規約は英語を正文とし、その準拠法は日本法とします。**本規約の日本語訳は参考のために提供するものであり、英語版との間に相違がある場合は英語版が優先します。ただし、消費者契約法その他の法令により消費者に認められる保護は、日本語版・英語版のいずれによっても変わりません。本サービスに関するお問い合わせは [support@pococo.ai](mailto:support@pococo.ai) までお願いいたします。 **The English text of these Terms is the authoritative text, and these Terms are governed by the laws of Japan.** The Japanese translation is provided for reference; where the two differ, the English prevails.
