Getting more out of the AI tools you already pay for, rather than buying new ones. Work through your own tasks together: which ones AI can take, and how to ask so the answer comes back usable. Custom tools built for the tasks you would rather hand off.

Remote, from Tokyo. Japanese and English.

## Who it is for

- **Individuals.** Something to make or understand, and a sense AI should be helping more.
- **Small businesses.** No IT department, and a dozen tasks that eat the week.
- **Startups.** Small teams that need to move like a bigger one, including startups scaling up.
- **Larger organizations.** Not the main focus, but familiar ground.

## Not a fit

- Running AI for you indefinitely. pococo builds it, teaches your people to keep it, and leaves. Ongoing operation is a managed service.
- Large programs with large teams. Most engagements run 4 to 12 weeks, and you work directly with the person doing the work.
- Anyone who has already decided AI is the answer. Part of the job is saying which parts it will not help with.
- Anything needing a standing on-site presence.

## Why pococo

Everything pococo recommends, it ships: the games, Guten Glance, and this site were all built with AI. Clients work directly with the founder who built them.

Joe Horton spent two decades at Asurion, the last five as a Director in Tokyo, running cross-functional change programs across procurement, planning, quality, manufacturing operations, and finance. Fourteen of those years were in Japan.

## Getting in touch

Email hello@pococo.ai. Replies come from pococo directly, within two business days. Say what you're working on and where it's getting stuck.

A free 30-minute call is available. Ask by email rather than through a booking tool: send the problem in a line or two, your timezone, and two or three times that would suit. pococo confirms one.
